With a day job in the medical field and a background in scouts, she is prepared and knowledgeable of how to hurt folks, while being safe and reverent about it. PoppaNawa has aptly been called a "Smart Assed Sadist" by more than one frustrated bottom. A poly Leather top, Poppa developed his approach towards kink through decades involved in motorcycle, martial arts, body modification, and punk rock communities of the Canadian Prairies.
Poppa founded both Xibalba Alternative Culture Studio (XibalbaStudio.ca), and Individuals for Informed Consensual Exchange in 2015 to promote real-world hands-on kink education and outreach in his community of Saskatoon. An artist by trade, his primary interest in kink centers around the more transformative power of D/s and endurance scenes. (Though he also really digs mean rope, humiliation, and impact play.)
Poppa writes, blogs, educates, and travels to learn as much as he can to support responsible, informed, safe, traditional-style BDSM culture.

Zemyn, Head of the Haven Kink Rope Family, Co-Owner of Flat Black Creations, Designer of the X-13, Master of Chainmaille, Presenter of Grand Techniques, Lord of Stick, and Possessor of a life that reads like fiction.
He's been obsessed with rope bondage since literally his first memory and first erection. When he finally found the Kink community a decade ago, he joined a Leather Family in an effort of bottoming to learn everything that is BDSM. Years later, after a near death experience and divorcing technology, a long stay on a mountaintop brought him to the hand making of rope that would eventually evolve into Haven Kink.
Returned to civilization, he ended up accidentally creating and hosting the Calgary Rope Lovers group for it's first year. Traveling to event after event to vend brought exposure to teachings from around the globe. At some point he was roped into teaching, locally around Alberta for years, then presenting at Westcoast Bound and Paradise Unbound.
Now his focus has become bringing the heart back into Kink, breaking down the barriers between rope and SM techniques, and improving function and aesthetics in toys and furniture.
