General Conference Rules
Welcome to
Lupercalia MMVIII!
The directors
of Lupercalia Inc. would like everyone to enjoy their stay at our
event. However with that enjoyment comes some responsibility.
We
strongly believe that no one should force our lifestyle on others
and want everyone to respect other guests of the hotel, and the
mall, by dressing and behaving appropriately in all public areas.
There are other guests, including families with children, staying in
the hotel, or visiting the mall, that are not associated with our
event.
Within the
conference centre you may dress as you wish (genitals and nipples
must be covered at all time outside of the dungeon, during the play
parties or if you are involved in a workshop) but outside of the
conference centre – cover up! A thong, leather jock, or
extreme/unusual fetish wear is not appropriate in any public area of
the hotel or mall! Coat racks are available in the conference
centre to hang coats and other cover-ups.
Please use the
“Do Not Disturb” door hangers to warn housekeeping staff that you
are in your room. Make sure rooms are safe for housekeeping staff
to attend to.
The Delta
Edmonton Centre hotel and its staff treat us very well, and we want
to treat them well in return. As an individual, act responsibly!
As a community member, watch that others do also and promptly report
any problems to organizers. Inappropriate behaviour reflects poorly
on all of us.
Enjoy the
weekend,
Lupercalia Inc.
